Rub - Friction

Conduct rubbing tests by dragging "actual" materials across a surface. A threaded post and nut are incormporated into the Precision Knuckle Attachment, alowing the operator to attach the test abradant ( or the test piece ) to the spline shaft. Materials might include a shoe heel, ceramic cup, platic part, etc. This Unique attachment includes a ball and socket design, which enables the material to be rotated. 180 º

Another option is to use the CS-5 Felt Wearaser with the Jumbo Wearaser collet. This option permits the introduction of various chemicals.
