The Checktemp® offers NO breakage, NO waste, NO injuries, NO difficulty in reading; not even a parallax error by taking a wrong measurement due to the angle of view! Checktemp® is provided with HANNA’s unique CAL CHECK™ function for accurate measurements every time: simply activate a switch and the instrument will simulate an ice bath of 0.0°C (32.0°F) signal that is displayed on the LCD within a range of ±0.3°C (±0.5°F). The sharp-tip probe of the Checktemp® easily penetrates semisolid products, making routine controls simple and quick for both incoming and outgoing goods. Checktemp® is the ideal instrument for measuring temperature according to HACCP requirements. Models with factory calibration certificate against NIST standards are also available.
