Service with total security. Measures against COVID-19.

Due to the situation caused by the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, at NEURTEK we have adopted a series of exceptional measures with the main objective of protecting the health of the people in NEURTEK as well as our CLIENTS and PARTNERS

These measures which are in line with the guidelines of the World Health Organization include:

• All questions and requests for services can be addressed to us by phone or email.
• Stock for supply immediately of most of the equipment
• NEURTEK will be operating by teleworking while maintaining the usual high quality of its service. 
• Online Commercial Visits and Service Assistance will be using Teams, Skype or videoconference.
• The Calibration laboratory and Technical Service will be open for calibration and repair.

Our staff is trained on how to act according to WHO instructions to prevent the spread of the virus during Visits and Service Assistance.

We are actively working to ensure that this exceptional circumstances will not affect the usual course of our business. Thus, following established security guidelines, NEURTEK laboratory will remain operational and continue to collaborate with our clients during these particularly sensitive moments.
